Service Manager with minimum 5 years experience in the Earthmoving Equipment Service Division and extensive technical experience within this industry, required to manage all technical staff in the workshop and field.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12/N3
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Service Division
• Earthmoving Equipment technical experience and product knowledge essential
• Corporate system experience required
• Computer literate – MS Office, Internet
• Rascal System knowledge required
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal record essential
• Fitness for Duty Certificate will be required
• ISO 9001/2008 and OSH Act

Responsibilities:
• Manage technical staff in workshop and field
• Create market in the service division to generate growth
• Aftermarket service management
• Set, manage and control budget
• Market analysis and forecasts
• Manage maintenance, field service and workshop processes
• Compile and manage service agreements and aftermarket services
• Administer disputes/queries re debtors
• Develop new markets
• Recruit, motivate and coach staff
• Performance reviews, appraisals and disciplinary hearings
• Weekly and monthly reports to Branch Manager
