SERVICE MANAGER (client based)
JET PARK (Office Automation Industry)
To effectively manage the client site on all aspects as recorded in the Job Profile and to assist the
Operations Manager with the daily duties as required as well as all client reporting
DUTIES
• Assist the Service Delivery Manager with daily duties as and when required as well as with
the preparation of weekly / monthly reporting
• Monthly customer billing
• Resolving Billing Discrepancies
• Creating of reports (weekly / monthly)
• Delivery and Replenishment of Consumables
• Replenishment of Stock
• Submission of Weekly and Monthly Stock Counts
• Achieve contractual SLA
• Monitoring of Incidents
• Manage life cycle of logged incidents and drive to resolution
• Ensure accuracy of fleet information
• Adhere to all processes and procedures
• Process communication to all onsite printer assistants
• Implementing all change requests
• Review all monthly claims and expenses
• Adhere to claim deadlines
• Establish a professional working relationship with clients
• Manage and update servers when required
