Introduction
Attend to and resolve complaints across all platforms (walk-ins, directors, social media, call centre, telephonic, etc.). Complete root cause analysis for every complaint to ensure that we help prevent similar service failures from reoccurring. Drive a culture of ‘Do It Right First Time’.

Requirements
Grade 12 qualification
English language proficiency and one other South African language
1 years Call Centre experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage
Skills - Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet)
Analytical thinking
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong administrative discipline, organization and planning skills
Compliance and self-management
Assertiveness
Problem solving skills
Ability to listen actively and provide feedback
A pro-active team player – works well in a team and contributes to the team success
Basic Salary PLUS Commission

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:30am – 15:45pm
Saturday: 08:00am – 14:pm -You will be required to work a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month
