Administration Assistant - Shariah - Durban
To provide administrative support to Shariah Manager and the Shariah Department as required and follow up on operational Shariah compliance requirements.
Key Performance Areas
Attending to information management and organizing
Coordination of meetings and preparation of meeting packs including minutes of meetings.
Makes travel arrangements for the department.
Maintains and updates a log of outstanding audit issues
Maintains a master file of all audits completed to date
Co-ordinate and facilitates all administration tasks for the department Manager
Attends to all administration for the department.
REQUIREMENTS
? Matric and an advanced secretarial qualification.
? A minimum of two years experience in secretarial/administration preferably in a corporate environment.
KNOWLEDGE
? Microsoft Office
? Adobe Standard
? Basic Accounting
A male candidate would be preferred for this position, however other applicants would also be considered.
