Our client in the dairy industry requires the service of a Shift Manager to oversee full function of the warehouse

Key Performance Areas:

? Managing staff and deploy resources on night shift
? Train and develop staff
? Set objectives, manage and measure performance of all team leaders
? Manage the warehouse processes
? Manage housekeeping, maintenance, cold chain and safety
? Assist with planning and cost control

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification
? 5 – 10 years managerial experience
? Must be computer literate (knowledge of a warehouse management system will be advantageous)
? Must have proven leadership abilities
? Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
? Must have good problem solving skills
? Proven managerial skills
? Must be prepared to work shifts/weekends and public holidays
