Job Specifications:

? Aggressive selling of short term products

? Monitor and analysing of results and reports

? Retention of existing business

? Request quotations for clients and closing thereof

? Follow up on leads

? Follow up on claims and underwriting

? Building a client base

? Cold calling

? Advising clients on their short term insurance needs

? Handling of incoming and outgoing calls

? Renewals of policies

? Developing relationships with clients, product providers, colleagues etc.

? On site meetings with clients

? Dealing with service providers

? Implement company strategy

? Attending job specific training

Qualifications & Experience:

? Very good communication skills (both written & verbal: Minimum requirement: English & Afrikaans)

? NQF Level 4:Short-Term Commercial Lines 60 Credits (complete full qualification as set by regulation)

? Successfully completed the RE Examination Level 1

? A minimum of five (2) years’ working experience within the financial services industry

? A minimum of two (1) years’ selling skills

? Must have demonstrable experience of closing the deal
