Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on contracted hours (Productivity)
Achieving contracted sales targets selling short term insurance (Vehicle and household insurance)
Conduct outbound telesales presentations to clients
Maximize business opportunities
Resolve complaints and objections
Quality delivery /Recorded customer information
Ensuring ongoing business relationship with clients
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Grade 12
RE 5
Fully FAIS complaint
Knowledge and Experience:
2 years short term insurance sales experience
Clear criminal and credit record
Must be fluent in Xhosa, Zulu
