SHORT-TERM INSURANCE TELESALES TEAM LEADER (CENTURION)

An exciting career opportunity has become available for a Short Term Insurance Telesales Team Leader to join our Telesales Division within our dynamic Contact Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the efficient management of day-to-day actions in the Telesales department through staff interaction, training and mentoring, motivation and monitoring.

Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
30 FAIS credits or a full qualification as per legislation
Regulatory Exam
Multilingual, including Afrikaans and English
2 years’ Short-Term Insurance Telesales experience
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment of sales consultants
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mentoring and coaching employees under supervision
Working knowledge of the Cardinal and/or Presence systems will be an advantage

Duties

Assist and provide input into the STI sales strategy
Monitor telesales consultant’s performance and ensure all targets are achieved
Monitor and measure adherence according to organisational policies
Ensure the team live the Short Term Insurance identity
Coach, mentor, motivate and train Telesales consultants who are under supervision
