Siebel Developer (Telecoms)
Contract: 6 months Exp:5+ years. Rate: R315 per hour
• Designs and develops business process solutions as part of Siebel implementations. Skills include process documentation, definition and implementation, CRM processes, understanding of Siebel Applications,
• Experience in user interface customization, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Assignment Manager.
• Support investigation of feasibility and compatibility with hardware and other software systems.
• Conduct technical reviews and provides direction to other Application Developers.
• Partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and requirements, then translating those needs into formal, documented business requirements.
• Collaborating with business analysts or client and systems analysts to prepare program specification documentation.
• Examining document requirements, technical design documentations, unit test, system test, user acceptance test, and implementation plans for projects
• Act as the liaison between business/user group representatives and other team member during development and support efforts.
• May need to assist in Development and QA acceptance test environment build and maintenance.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting development project status and anticipating potential issues that could adversely impact scheduled.
• Provide post-implementation support.
• Research and evaluate software and hardware to assist in software development on different platforms.
• Telecom Domain Experience is MUST HAVE
