Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification

Site management experience minimum 5 to 10 years within the mining industry

Driver’s license Code B minimum

Manage Labour / personnel

Problem Solver

Material Management and control

Strategic planning and service excellence

Manage project schedule

Relationship Management

Technical: conduct regular inspections

Drafting of reports

Ability to deal with clients professionally and solution orientated

Maximize utilization of resources and continuous improvement of operations
