This medium sized construction company operating throughout the KZN province are looking for a qualified Site Managers/Site Agents - Civil who is resident in KZN to handle all the Civil construction sites for this company who are currently CIDB 8, they handle Building as well as Civil and Roads/Infrastructure projects so are looking for someone who will be an asset to the company and bring a wealth of experience.

DESCRIPTION:

• Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed budgets.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in contract.
• Liaises with clients, site staff and agreed quantities programmes etc.
• Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates.
• Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• B.Sc. / B Tech Construction Management / Civil Eng. Degree or Diploma.
• A minimum of 10 years Civil construction experience.
• The applicant must have leadership qualities and be innovative.
