A multi-dimensional building contracting company that operates in residential, retail, industrial and commercial construction sectors based in Brooklyn URGENTLY requires Site Managers from the Construction Industry (This is a MUST) to start as soon as possible.
This is a permanent position, but you will be based on contracts, where you might work away for 3-6 months.
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Grade 12
Must be technically orientated
5-10years + experience on residential, retail, industrial and commercial sites
Construction Management Diploma/Qualifications
Understanding of technical drawings/plans – must be able to read plans
AutoCAD, revit, sketchup, winner
Proven track record in managing big projects and resources
Previous experience within or construction industry as Site Manager on large projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere with required Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality and other legislation Define and manage project scope
Plan and develop project schedule
Manage project finances Monitor and control a project
Manage project communication and documentation
Ensure client satisfaction
Act as leader in required situations
Manage People and Teams
