Job Description:
Skills Development and EE Consultant

Facilitation of skills development and employment equity in organisations. Act as an intermediary between clients, committees, DoL and relevant SETA’s. Assisting with the planning, implementation and monitoring of both training interventions in organisations and EE Plans ensuring overall EE compliance.
Client liaison
Promote a learning culture in client organisation
Facilitation of Training Committees/EE Committees
Compilation of Work Place Skills Plan and Annual training report
Facilitations of Employment Equity compliance process
Development of Employment Equity Plan
Employment Equity Reporting
Assisting clients through Employment Equity audits
3-year relevant Degree/Diploma either in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology
A Skills Development Facilitator qualification will be an advantage
Previous work experience as a Skills Development Facilitator will be an advantage
Drivers licence
