Permanent opportunity within the motor industry, for an individual with relevant Degree and 10 years training experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Lead the customer service training department in order to plan, manage and deliver all related activities supporting the Customer Service Division's key objectives
Ideal candidate should be someone who is serious about innovation in training methods and delivery
This person will lead the dealer network to a new mindset with regards to technical skills and knowledge requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

National Technical Diploma
Minimum NQF 7 relevant qualification (8 level framework)
Minimum 10 years training experience
Dealer experience
Trade Diploma will be preferable
Knowledge of all relevant training legislation
Computer literate
Facilitation skills
Creativity and innovative ideas
Establishing Framework and Systems of Management
NB: A substantial amount of travelling and overnight stays is a feature of this position
