Senior PHP Development role has become available with a well-established company in the Johannesburg area. The client is looking for a self-motivated candidate who is a great communicator and who is well organised and who has a GREAT personality.

• Design, develop, operate and maintain current event ticketing platform
• Identify and implement effective solutions to continuously improve the software development methodology employed
• Assist with the design and development of automated test harnesses and test cases, and assist with the development of automated deployment techniques
• Design and develop MIS reports
• Enforce coding standards, including mandated, correct use of source control repositories

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must display the following critical competencies (at least 5 years working experience):
• PHP
• LAMP Stack
• SQL
• Cron Jobs
• Restfull API
• MVC
• Modern design patterns

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree beneficial
