A Company based in Sandton is looking for a Snr Recruitment Consultant.
• Meeting with respective Managers and Executives to discuss vacant positions and departmental movements
• Keeping Managers/Executives up to date with regards to recruitment in their departments
• Ensuring that Recruitment requisitions are signed and filed.
• Creating Internal adverts for all new vacancies
• Ensuring an up to date PSL with all agencies and sourcing new agencies when needed
• Ensuring that all fee agreements with agencies are signed and renewed when necessary
• Distributing vacancies to the agencies
• Ensuring that vacancies are placed:
? Admin positions within 4 weeks and
? Management/Technical positions within 6 weeks
• Screening CV’s
• Creating interview guides
• Conducting interviews and setting up interviews with line Managers
• Setting up polygraph testing and psychometric testing were necessary
• Reference checking
• ITC and Criminal verifications
• Drawing up offer letters
• Ensuring that accepted offers are handed over to the relevant people to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
• Revising and updating the Recruitment policy
• Ensuring Recruitment best practice
• Submitting a weekly update report to the HR Executive of all the recruitment in the department
• Submitting a monthly recruitment report to the HR Executive
• Ensuring adherence to the recruitment policies and procedures
