Responsibilities:
? Execute paid social campaigns, which includes managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and any other social media platform as well as Google AdWords that may be in the interest of the client.
? Track and report on all campaign results in either monthly reporting, calls, or meetings.
? Provide tactical solutions to management and campaign audits and optimisations
? Budget management and flexibility.
? Ensure all deadlines are met personally and within the team
? Align strategies and campaign execution to client goals and objectives
? Plan, manage, and execute paid social campaigns from account setup, strategy to reporting.
? Be consistent in our approach to look for ways to drive successful campaigns and to always align with client goals.
? Keep up to date with the client's business and brand to ensure campaigns align accordingly
? Collaborate to execute client's objectives
? Be flexible to quickly adapt responsibilities in line with companies' own vision and goals.
? Monitor industry changes and keep abreast of all social media trends.
? Provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements:
? Must have experience with managing budgets and complicated campaign business structures. Proper understanding of the digital landscape and performance marketing. Solid understanding of an integrated digital marketing approach (all media types not just paid).
? Experience working with ad technology, Facebook power editor, Twitter Native ads, LinkedIn campaign dashboard etc.
? Comfortable with excel.
? 2+ years' experience in the paid social media environment.
? Facebook Blueprint Certification
? Google PPC certification (not a must but good to have)
? Knowledge of SEO
? Basic knowledge of HTML
? Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Joomla)
? Basic knowledge of Photoshop
? Basic understanding of “Drip" Marketing
? Ability to report (Excel)
? Strong organisational skills
