An architectural lead’s skills and experience should include the following as minimum :

• Must have all the skills of a senior programmer as outlined by us
• Must understand and have working knowledge of at least the following concepts:
o The SOLID software architectural design principles and how to ensure they are implemented
? Single responsibility
? Open/close
? Liskov substitution
? Interface segregation
? Dependency inversion
o Popular design patters
o Application design and implementation using unit testing and continuous integration
• Must have experience in implementing design with a team of developers
