Essential skills:
? 3+ years of solid Java and C# backend development experience
? Experience with high volume systems advantageous
? Competent with general technology, computer hardware
? Comfortable in a Linux shell
? Can estimate scope and development effort of work based on specifications provided

Desired skills:
? Exposure with Java application servers such as Tomcat, Glassfish, JBOSS
? Exposure to .Net backend development environments
? Exposure to Message Queueing systems such as SwiftMQ, RabbitMQ, MSMQ
? Experience with Web front-end technologies such as HTML, Javascript
? Exposure to Database Management Systems such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL
? Exposure to mobile telecoms protocols such as SMPP, SSMI
? Exposure to Java frontend technologies such as JSP, Spring
? Familiar with version control systems such as CVS, svn, git
? Exposure to web servers such as Apache, IIS
