• Strong technical & windows background
• Grade 12 Standard Grade Computer Science - Higher grade will be advantageous
• Knowledge in computer networks is essential.
• Motivated, dynamic & strong problem solving skills
• Setting up and maintaining
o Microsoft Windows on SBS domain
o Users on SBS domain
o Microsoft Office Outlook
• Very important is a willingness to learn & adapt in an existing small business environment
• A+, N+, MCSE / MCITP / IT diploma / formal diploma / good experience will be advantageous
• Microsoft SQL Server experience & any programming knowledge will be advantageous

The candidate will be working directly with users, being 1st line support, resolving day to day Windows/Technical problems. The candidate will also be exposed to learning new technologies.
