A company specialising in intelligent transport systems is looking for an individual to join its dynamic team of professionals to lead the Development Team to reach its highest potential within each project life cycle.

It is required that the suitable person should be experienced in:
- Delphi (7)
- SQL
- PHP / C# (additional)

With capabilities including but not limited to:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Report writing
- Ability to lead teams - track record
- Administration skills

It will be expected of the job incumbent to perform the following (but not limited to):

- Own all action items for the project until it is allocated for action to the next person
- Owns reporting on project status, to all stakeholders
- Responsible for rate of production and lead time
- Works with the architect and team to prove technical integrity
- Responsible for initial high level sizing
- Ensure motivation of their team
- Assist career development of team members
- Managers time sheets and other HR processes
- Drives multiple releases / projects
- Facilitates Release Planning and the release of patches to support\
- Responsible for risk assessment and mitigation
- The Role is a peer to the product owner and the architect
