Qualification:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Must be able to lead through uncertainty •
Strong knowledge of architectural and design patterns, open source platforms and frameworks
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure Hands on experience with enterprise class software running significant transactional volumes
Ability to manage stressful situations within and between times
Strong skills with modern development language: Java, Ruby, Python or C++
Strong communication skills Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software development with 5 in a leadership position and at least 2 years with a team of 10 or more
5+ years in an Agile development environment • Bachelor of Science or
