SOFTWARE SERVICE CONTROLLER
JETPARK (Boksburg)

Our client in the Office Automation Industry is currently looking for a Service Controller to log Installation calls and to interact with clients, technicians and sales people / CRL’s on a daily basis.

DUTIES:

Must have solid computer skills;
Must be fluent in Windows operation including Microsoft Office;
Must have Call Centre Experience;
Must be able to learn new CRM Package. (OMD);
Must be fluent and well spoken in English;
Must have good knowledge of areas I Gauteng and surrounding areas;
A background in logistics will be a huge plus;
Able to prioritize, manage and coordinate field technicians;
Strong Administrative Skills;
Excellent Organizational Skills;
Be presentable at all times;
Must be able to handle stress within a high pressurized environment;
High level of perseverance and able to work under pressure;
Time management skills essential;
Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate well with different types of clients;
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills;
Good problem solving ability.
Must be able to become fully knowledgeable of the operating policies and procedures;
Maintain a cooperative working relationship;
Capable of working in a diverse team;
Motivated and self-confident;
Attention to detail is vital;
Resilient, reliable and energetic;
Manager and direct people based on their skills and priority;
Must be analytical to understand and identify correct problem.

KNOWLEDGE:
Matric;
Minimum 1-2 years Call Centre experience in highly pressurized environment;
Computer skills essential (MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
Geographic areas and distances.

Salary R7500 to R9500 dependent on experience
