SKILLS: • Intermediate – Advanced level of MS Excel (2013)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and client interaction skills
• Ability to handle more complex queries/ more difficult clients EXPERIENCE
: • 2-5 years telephonic/ remote user support experience
• Financial system support
QUALIFICATION:
• Advanced IT technical certification/ qualification
• Customer service training
Minimum Qualification: have an advanced IT technical certification

PURPOSE OF JOB: The Software Support Analyst role focuses on providing exceptional client support services remotely through telephone, email and internet.
All issues received from clients must be resolved timeously and professionally.
ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT: This role operates within the Business Solutions team.
The incumbent works closely with the Testing and Development teams.
The Support Desk Hours: Monday 08h00 – 17h00, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08h00 – 19h00 and Fridays 08h00 – 16h00.
Two shifts occur on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as follows: Shift 1: 08h00 – 17h00 and Shift 2: 10h00 – 19h00.
