Software Support Consultant wanted to support Legal Accounting Software, to resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and tertiary qualification in Accounting a must.
Experience in working in a Bookkeeping environment, preferably in a Legal Firm.

Job duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Log Support Cases
• Troubleshoot / resolve incoming support cases
• Bookkeeping investigations
• Call reduction initiatives
• Version testing
• Bookkeeping done internally for smaller clients or to assist them in getting and staying up to date
