An exciting opportunity exists for a Software Tester to join a well-established Global Transport and Logistics company.

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Relevant Degree/Diploma/Certifications

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst in a SDLC environment.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of ERDs, process flow charts, sequence diagrams and use cases.
• Ability to comply with governance processes and structure.
• Ability to write and use SQL scripts in your testing to test data seeding.
• Integration testing.
• Ability to do web services testing.
• Create test designs and test cases for projects and change orders off BRS and technical specification documents.
• Experience in test management tool e.g. Quality center, HP ALM.
• Defects logging, retesting and closure in HP ALM software package.
• Test progress reporting in HP ALM software package.
• Peer review test documents.
• Test for data seeding through databases for end to end testing.
• Partake in UAT with relevant stakeholders when needed.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst in a SDLC environment.

Salary: Negotiable up to R 25 000 depending on skill level and the amount of years’ experience required.
