We are looking for a candidate who has the skills to lead a Development Team to Develop Fantastic Software Duties: • Manage full development lifecycle to produce exceptional software • Lead and mentor a small, but growing, team of young developers • Manage a product roadmap and lifecycle • Be directly responsible for our product success BSC Computer Science or BComm degree • Formal qualifications or short courses in the software languages C#, .Net, C++ and SQL • Excellent knowledge of C#, .Net, C++ and SQL is essential • Experience within Microsoft Visual Studio is important Knowledge of the following languages will give the candidate a great advantage: • ASP.Net; Delphi • Knowledge and experience of using Visual Source Safe • At least 3 years experience within a similar role • A minimum of 3 years team leadership or management experience • Software implementation experience is extremely important • Project prioritization experience • Support liaison experience
