A 4 * Hotel in the heart of Sandton with over 75 bedrooms, a restaurant and a very busy function and conference venue is looking to employ a Sous Chef with a cheffing diploma and approximately 4 years experience in recognized establishments. Good Banquet and function experience is a re-requisite. Own transport essential and willingness to work long hours . Stable track record essential!.
