AA20012 - A 5* Hotel situated in Centurion seeks a Sous Chef with the following qualifications: Professional Cookery Diploma is essential. Duties will include the following: General Sous Chef duties will apply. Will report directly to the Executive Chef and will assist with all costings, orders, menu planning, staff management and training as well as discipline, Preparation of Meals (Plated Fine Dining and Banqueting), Quality and Portion Control, Hygiene Maintenance. Minimum 3-5 years experience within similar position within 4 or 5* Hotel essential. The candidate must have the following skills: Exceptional Leadership and Management Skills. Minimum 3-5 Years experience within same position within 4/5* Hotel. Excellent Kitchen Administration as well as Food Production skills. Strong Fine Dining and Banqueting Knowledge required.
