An experienced Sous Chef is required for a well known three star Winelands Hotel.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

A strong buffet and a la carte background
The ability to manage a team of eight
Excellent organisational skills
Highly proficient in HACCP
Good guest contact skills
The ability to manage costs well
Will be responsible for daily menu planning and ordering

Salary on offer: R 12 000 p/m (Depending on experience)
