Join this established, well liked 5* Hotel in Pletttenberg Bay. I am looking to add a creative, hardworking SOUS CHEFS to the team – Junior & Senior. This kitchen looks after the hotel guests and has its own restaurant.
Menu is dominated by Seafood Cuisine, but not exclusively
MUST be experienced in working under pressure and to very high standards.
