A minimum of 5 years management experience in a medium sized kitchen

International /Relais Châteaux experience in a similar, 5 star establishment

Experience on fine dining and a la carte service

Fully computer literate

Sous Chef is responsible for the management of the kitchen and taking complete responsibility

of entire kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Supervision and training of the kitchen staff in line with the Company Standard

Effective guest interaction to enhance guest satisfaction

Ensuring that the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen is of the highest standard

Correct use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

Maintaining fridges and stores to the highest hygiene and stock rotation standards

Achieving service excellence though Teamwork
