Work in an upmarket kitchen and help to create mouth-watering food! Manage and control the budget, staff management, help plan and implement new menus, reporting, maintain and rotate stock levels and place orders
3 year Hotel qualification in Professional Cookery. 3 years’ experience in a 4 or 5 * hotel as a Sous Chef. Fidelio knowledge – non negotiable. Familiar with Health and Safety procedures.
