Our client in Paarl is looking for a Spa Manager:

Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification as skincare therapist (SAAHSP, CIDESCO, Btec)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a spa/salon manager
- Proper knowledge of ESP
- Strong leader and team player
- Immediate availability

Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management duties
- Managing therapists and building great relationship
- Be client-orientated
- Stock take
- Costing
- Product and treatment training
- Quality control: checking that all therapists’ treatments are up to standard
- Liaising with HOD’s of other departments on Estate
