We are looking for a Spa Therapist for a luxury 5* Lodge in the Kruger National Park The package: R4,500 to R5,500 (CTC negotiable) and 10% commission on treatments & retail. Start date:As soon as possible The position:The successful candidate will :- Report to the Head Therapist.Be responsible for providing body and beauty treatments for the guests.Ensure that the spa and gym facilities are fully stocked and operational.Host lodge guests to dinner at the lodge, as published on the hosting roster.Ensure the smooth running of these evenings, in conjunction with the managers on duty.Effectively communicate with Lodge staff continuously to ensure smooth running of the department.Prepare the spa and gym daily and ensure that all related equipment is maintained.Manage spa stocks and ensure that shrinkage is kept to a minimum. Ensure that daily and weekly administration is completed on time. Knowledge, skills and personality traits required for this position: Knowledge of world-class spa standards and proceduresNational Diploma in Health and Skin Care (three years of study)Reflexology and aromatherapy.ITEC or CIDESCO CertificateBasic computer skills – Excel and WordReliabilityPhysical staminaDermalogica Product Training a great advantage!
