Our Client currently seeks exceptional Spanish Customer Service Consultants to join their internationally-acclaimed winning team!
Entry Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal skills)
• Customer Service experience (desirable)
• Computer literacy skills
• An ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between Monday - Friday and rotational weekends
• Secondary schooling qualification
• Excellent written skills is required

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Spanish and English
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
• Resolving customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem; and clarifying and explaining the best possible solution to solve the problem

Why should you apply?

• Base salary: R130 000 per year
• Retention bonus: R30 000 for every year of service
• Performance bonus of up to R20 000 per year

• o Late Shift allowance (R10 p/hr)
