We are looking for energetic team players with excellent communication IN SPANISH WHO HAVE technical skills to handle customer service inquiries related to all Security Services products.
The ideal candidate will be service driven offering customers a world-class experience. Working alongside Marketing, product and engineering teams to share customer feedback for better improvements.
(Candidates must be legally allowed to work in SA)
MUST HAVE DONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT WORK IN AN IT /CUSTOMER SERVICES ENVIRONMENT.
Knowledge of SSL certificates, VM WARE, Website security, Active Directory, GroupPolicy
Basic understanding of internet principles, terminology, and functionality; Familiarity with website/web server admin a strong plus but not essential.
Hours : US HOURS 3PM - 12PM Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
CTC Ranges from R230k - R255k (dep on your background and qualification)
SHIFT ALLOWANCE OF R2500-3500 PER MONTH
