PACKAGE
3 Year contract (renewable)

Generous Tax free basic salary. Offered according to experience.

From 6 800 up to 12 375 Qatari Riyals per month. Which is a basic salary of up to +/- 214 000 INR / 170 000 PHP/8200 TND.

Free fully furnished accommodation provided.

Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.

Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).

40 days paid annual vacation days.

End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:

Minimum: DIP ON SPECIAL EDUCATION, courses in child development /child psychologist

Preferred: BS in early childhood special education/infant &toddler children


Required Certification/Licensure:

Essential Experience:

Minimum: 3 Years

Preferred: 5 years

JOB SPECIFICATION
Position Summary:

Works as a team member in providing for the needs of infants, toddlers & young children who have disabilities to reach their maximum potential , become as independent & productive as possible by planning, implementing , evaluating interventions that position.

Principal Accountabilities:

Identify and evaluate infants, toddlers & young children with disabilities using assessment tools.
Works to insure that children with disabilities reach their learning potential by providing special designed instruction to individualized with disabilities .
Develop & review the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) for each child & determine the placement for them.
Interface with the families & other service providers to submit the childcare plan for each child.
Adapt & develop materials to match the special needs for each child.
Organize & develop individual and small group activities suitable for wide range of maturity levels than encourage the development of language , social & motor skills.
Outstanding training and presentation ability.
Provide consulting services to the families of disabled children in how to deal with their children at home.
Using community resources to enhance the learning environment.
Communicate & collaborate with children , families and community to manage the operation for the child care setting.
