PURPOSE STATEMENT
Acts as an intermediary between IT project teams and business users and actively leads the formulation of the requirements through specialist knowledge of the business into documentation and conceptual design using appropriate tools and models.

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:
• IT related degree/diploma

2. TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION:
• Dip.BA (FTI or equivalent)

3. EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis.
• 2 years’ experience in IT Development.
• 3 years’ experience in working in a Project driven environment.
• Experience in an Agile environment is essential.

. KNOWLEDGE:
• SDLC/Agile Project Management.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and VSTS (Azure DevOps).
• Highly proficient in Process Mapping (BPMN), use cases, user stories and Entity Diagram mapping.
