Job Title: SQL Database administrator
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable annually)

Responsibilities

• Management and Maintenance of Windows 2003 Active Directory Server, Linux Proxy Server and E-Mail Server
• Manage Active Directory User Accounts
• Manage Daily backups and recovery of lost data for Windows 2003 Server
• Provide Desktop and Technical Support both in person and telephonically
• Worked with CISCO Wireless Networks Extensively
• Worked with CISCO LRE (Long Range Ethernet) Units Extensively
• Worked extensively with Smart Boards (Interactive White Boards)
• Rollout of New IT Equipment such as: Complete Desktop PC’s, Laptops, Printers, and Data Projectors
• Manage Faults using internal Fault Logging and Support System
• Used various other Microsoft Technologies such as: WSUS Servers, RIS (Remote Installation Services) Prepping of Desktop and Laptops
• Installed and Provided Support for various other Software Packages such as; Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, VERITAS Backup Software and Pastel)
• Installation and Support of ICDL (International Computer Driving License) Testing & Training Software
• Provided Support for various Software packages unique to each department
