Duties:

• Create and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers and views
• Engage in query performance analysis, debugging, optimisation and tuning
• Design and deploy reports / queries to assist in data mining for business insights
• Perform various levels of data consolidation, data analysis and data management
• Support current and future database and data warehousing needs
• Ensure that all databases meet quality objectives in functionality, performance, stability, security and data
• Develop expertise in the product.
• Document data models, data dictionaries and ER diagrams to support the architecture and overall design of data solutions

Qualifications

• Matric
• Related degree is essential 

Specific Skills (Technical):

• 1-2 years experience
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of writing SQL queries for data reporting purposes
• SSRS (Sql Server Reporting services)
• Good knowledge of writing SQL queries for data reporting purposes
• Experience using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, or P/L SQL
• Experience creating and working with data warehouses, dashboard reports and drill-down data presentation is advantageous
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS is advantageous
• Experience with web services and XML technology is advantageous
