Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma
• FAIS compliant or Insurance and Risk Management degree/diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years appropriate experience in the insurance and client service delivery function
• Computer literate – MS Office

Duties (over view)
• Manage Client Portfolio in terms of R2,5 million revenue
• Responsible for service delivery in all aspects to the client
• Attend to incoming calls re client service
• Manage relations between client service and other divisions
• Coordinate and attend regular meetings with clients
• Liaise with clients at the appropriate level including Group Finance Director and Executive.
• Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts
• Foster a sound working relationship with other functional business units
• Ensure the appropriate technical and claims delivery to the clients
• Ensure that all divisions within the Company group are delivering appropriately to the client
• Client complaints to be dealt with immediately (Personally where appropriate) and manage escalated queries
• Identify client needs and keep other Managers informed
• Ensure all products and services available within the AF Group are marketed to the clients as appropriate
• Active participation in pre-renewal audits and internal strategy meetings
• Apply the Fee Negotiation process as applicable
• Ensure that premiums are collected timeously and properly matched internally
• Ensure that technical, claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for the client in terms of the Quality Management Systems
• Participation in the National Clients Services Forum and representation on various Industry Forums
• Preparation of budget for client servicing team and understanding the importance of client profitability
• Analyse lost business to identify trends and take appropriate action
• Ensure dissemination and understanding of new and relevant technical information, policies and procedures
• Ensure that technical, claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for the client in terms of the Quality Management Systems
• Monitor statistics and compile management reports
• Keep abreast with the insurance markets (both local and overseas)
• Be familiar and comply with all company policies, SLAs, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all standards applicable in respect of the client service delivery function
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of Risk Management concepts and techniques
