I am now in search for a STOCK CONTROL CLERK for a 5 star luxurious Hotel in Umhlanga.Job Summary: The minimum job responsibilities are:Process/capture all stock issues/transfers and purchases of stockManaging stock movement daily to ensure records of stock holding kept accurate on spreadsheets, Premier Spa and FnB ShopAssist with stock taking, capturing the stock counts onto the stock sheet, sorting out variances between theoretical and actual stock holdingSubmitting cost of sale information to AFC timeously at month endMinimum Requirements:Matriculation or equivalentAT LEAST 2-3 YEARS COST CONTROL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Proficiency in using Excel with the added advantage of experience using a stock control system Personal Attributes:This position requires an administrative individualMust be very organized and have the ability to deal with routine and repetitive workMust be able to carry through on projects and tasks from inception to completionMust be able to work individually and as part of a teamBasic Salary 8kMedical Aid (optional)Provident Fund (compulsory)If you have the experience we are looking for and you meet the criteria in our requirements I would love to hear from you.
