Stock & Technical Controller (Coffee Machines)

Educational Requirements:
Matric (Must have)

Experience Requirements:
At least 2- 3 years’ relevant experience as a stores clerk
Must be well spoken
Must be proficient on Microsoft office
Must be proficient on Excel
Must be attentive to detail & accurate

Responsibilities:
General knowledge and experience in general Storekeeping functions, including the following functions:
Procurement
Receipt and despatch of components, machines and machine parts
Raising / processing of supporting documentation stock transactions
Storage of product
Issuing of components and component requisitioning
Managing stock levels
Stock taking
Balancing stock and investigating discrepancies
Coordinating the technical team call outs
Assisting with repairs and installations of machines
Maintaining & updating system accurately and promptly
Adhoc duties as required

Addition:
Salary R8000 – R12 000 per month
Probation period applies
Must have own transport and a valid license
