KEY PURPOSE:
To be a Brand Ambassador, who lives the values and has the ability to create dazzling customer experiences

KEY OUTPUTS:
Navigate the client experience through our digital platforms and share the value offering.
Ability to provide a comprehensive consultation and provide information across all products and benefits.
Assisting clients to get the best value, and understanding of the products and how they integrate with each other.
Ability to create Product interest.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
Represent the Store at fitness events outside of working hours.
Ability to navigate the environment to facilitate the best client support.
Understanding of the business processes, and ability to give constructive feedback and make suggestions where there are failures.
Be able to educate members and convert them to on line behavior.
Ability to manage and host events within the store environment.
Fulfill administrative duties within the store.
Execution and involvement in targeted store projects and campaigns.
