Diploma in Commerce / Marketing. 3 years’ experience supervising small teams within a medium sized organisation. Establish and manage customer relationships as well as understand customer needs. Resolve issues/ queries and liaise with relevant areas. Identify training needs of in-store staff and identify business risks. Provide day-to-day management, support and guidance to shops. Implement plans, controls and standards for optimum performance and alignment with the group. SA citizens only.
