Objective:
Responsible for receiving and issuing stock
Ensure proper recording of stock
Stock-take monthly
Track and monitor all current shipment
Prepare all customs and export documentation
Liaise with suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
Ordering of office stationery, accepts delivery and distribute to staff
Keep the storeroom tidy at all times

Requirements:
Knowledge of store-keeping procedures
Knowledge of purchasing procedures
Proficient record keeping
Good written and verbal communication skills
