PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is a great opportunity to join a known digital performance agency that is concerned with self- and organisational improvement and fostering a culture that drives healthy performance. The storyline / junior developer will work as part of a team to design, develop and deliver fully online and blended courses and technology-enhanced instructional materials.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• BA Degree or relevant Diploma in English, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum design or other related discipline required
• 1 – 3 years professional experience in developing storyline content in a blended or other technology-mediated environment
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Four D Model etc.)
• Skilled in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A knowledge of other rapid development tools is an advantage
