Minimum requirements:
? Matric / Grade 12;
? Relevant Qualification in Business Administration (BCom);
? At least 6 - 8 years’ experience in Organizational Development.
Required competencies (skills, knowledge and behavioral attributes)
? Proven experience as Business Administration with Organizational Development;
? Contract Management skills;
? Good communication skills;
? Good inter-personal skills;
? Computer literate.
As per the business plans as well as the new structure, we have been engaging with PE Corporate on the linking of the market (benchmarking) and we are in the process of drawing up a migration report and roadmap. The incumbent will be expected to drive the process of aligning department’s plans to 2030 roadmap. Amongst other functions, the incumbent will be expected to:
? Draft migration framework (draft systems and setup all relevant structures to support migration from old structure to new)
? Consultation with all relevant stakeholders
? Stakeholder management
? Draft transfer policy
? Draft Promotional Policy
? Alignment of departmental business plans to 2030 roadmap
Kindly note this position is available on a Fixed term Contract for 4 Months.
