STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION:
• BEng / BSc in Civil Engineering
• Professional Registration required (Pr. Eng)


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of calculations required for the design of engineering projects
• Producing detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of engineering projects, specifically designing of reinforced concrete and structural steel
• Assisting in the analysis of technical information
• Preparation of specifications, proposals and other tender documentation
• Performing site inspections
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors & contractors
• Managing projects
• Managing a team - Natural leadership and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing
• Eye for detail, strong team player but also independent worker, self-motivated, proactive work ethic
